El Buzo began the way the best things in Boise do — with a stubborn belief that the valley deserved something honest. No shortcuts, no compromises, no beer brewed for a focus group.
We named ourselves after the diver — the one who goes deep, stays under longer than expected, and comes up with something worth telling about. That's the spirit in every keg we pull.
Our brewhouse sits at the intersection of 25th and Bella, where the neighborhood has watched us grow from a single 15-barrel system to the twelve-tap lineup you see today. The recipes have evolved, but the instinct hasn't: brew what you'd actually want to drink at the end of a long day.
